Joe Ball
CHIEF CONSTRUCTION OFFICER
Joe brings over 30 years of experience in the Production Home sector toTreehouse, where he will manage in-house construction operations. His Responsibilities include defining company strategy, leading implementation plans, and collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team and MSA's to achieve Treehouse's values and goals. Joe's leadership, industry experience, and alignment with Treehouse's strategies will help ensure the success of their Build-to-Rent platform.
Jorge Flores
VICE PRESIDENT OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS
Jorge oversees all operational activities in our remote markets as well as our purchasing functions, including negotiating manufacturing agreements, identifying specifications, and leading the centralized services team. With over 20 years in the homebuilding industry, he has worked for both private and publicly traded homebuilders in the for-sale and build-to-rent industries. He was awarded Purchasing Leader of the Year during his tenure at M/I Homes and has served as Vice-President of Purchasing at AHV Communities, overseeing nationwide purchasing.
Evan Bumgarner
VICE PRESIDENT OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS
Evan Bumgarner serves as Vice President of Regional Operations, overseeing the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He leads regional operations by driving schedule, cost, quality, and team performance to deliver consistent, scalable results. With more than 15 years of experience across public and private homebuilders, Evan brings deep expertise in custom homes, high-volume production, and Build-to-Rent developments.
Andrew Yorgason
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PRE CONSTRUCTION
Andrew, with 15+ years of management experience in both single and multi-family construction sectors, has joined Treehouse Builders as Director of Pre-Construction. Previously Director of Construction at Discovery Builders, he led pre-construction, contract negotiations, and global business planning in Nashville.
